Meet Our Property Management Team

Todd Ferris

Todd has been practicing real estate and property management since 2008, after a career as a high school teacher, and has consistently ranked in the top 1% of the greater Indianapolis area industry professionals! Todd and his wife, Megan, have a family of 4 kids and way too many animals. He is originally from Edina, Minnesota, but has been in Indiana since 1997 (via the University of Evansville). He loves spending time with his family, watching his Minnesota Vikings, playing old-man sports, and coaching his kids (until they’re old enough to start talking back)! Outside of his family and real estate, one of Todd’s proudest moments was winning Season 3 of Alt for Norge, one of Norway’s top-rated reality TV shows! Crazy, but true!

Jenna Woestman

Jenna Woestman is our Operations Manager. She’s lived in Indianapolis since 2010 and has been working in property management since 2013.

Jenna is married to Joey and they have one daughter, Ana. They also have three cats and a bunch of chickens, who have recently decided they’d rather live in the neighbor’s yard under his squirrel feeder. Jenna loves hosting friends, cooking, and exploring new places.

Joe Daniels

Joe was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is a graduate of Ben Davis High School. Immediately after high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy, serving 4 years. Joe was honorably discharged in January 2000 earning honors such as the Good Conduct Medal and the highly coveted Navy Achievement Medal. Upon returning home to Indiana, Joe worked as a Maintenance Specialist at a local chemical manufacturer. In 2009, Joe made the transition to sales and marketing for one of Indy’s most reputable home improvement companies. 8 years later Joe decided it was time for one last career change, practicing real estate and property management.

Joe is married to “The bestest wife ever” Darlene. Joe’s favorite pastime is cheering on his kids in their sports, Madison (Color Guard), Grace (Volleyball), and Ethan (Baseball). Joe has two big fur babies Deebo (Bull Mastiff) and Khloe (Terrier). Joe plays amateur pool in the VNEA league. Joe is a huge Colts fan. And when time permits, and the weather is nice, he enjoys riding his Harley.
